To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; perishable goods such as food and intimate/sanitary goods cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.


We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our returns policy. If the return is approved and you have requested a refund, we will process this request and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.

Shipping of all returns/exchanges

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will be non-refundable. We also encourage you to use a trackable shipping service to ensure your product is returned to us safely.
